After agreeing to the scope and price, the crew was able to get to work on it the next day. They did outstanding work for fair pricing and I'm having them start on another project next week.

Comments: I called Everlast Construction for a roof quote for a house at Carolina Beach, James responded too my online inquiry from Home Advisor site right away. We agreed upon a time for him to look at the roof and he was very prompt, which is not the usual experience I have had with other contractors. He gave me a price for a metal and asphalt roof on the spot. I asked when he could do it the work and he gave me a date. Later on I called and contracted with him for the work (All by long distance on the phone) He and his team did a great job, I was not on site to observe but James advised me of every little thing he was doing. He even took care of a sag in a roof that I did not ask him to do. He and his team left the property clean and free of old shingles and debris. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend Everlast to anyone who ask about them. It is hard to find a construction company you can trust, well you can trust Everlast to do what you contract them to do. Their work is excellent and very detailed! Oh they completed the job on time as they said they would. They are also reasonably priced. In summation; Everlast Construction is great to deal with, professional, good prices, and performs quality work!

Comments: James built a deck on the back of my house. The deck looks awesome and was vey reasonably priced compared with other quotes from other local companies. We have absolutely no complaints about the quality of the finished product. There was even a design change that my wife and I decided on in the middle of the project and James made it happen. These guys were very professional to work with. I will be using these guys again for any construction needs I have around my home. I highly recommend Everlast Construction!

Comments: We got a good deal on a house in Wilmington that needed some updates. We chose Everlast to do some of the work based on someone's recommendation. Once they got going and we saw the quality of their work, we added some more items to the list. Over a period of several months they ended up doing the following: Replaced entire roof - Built a large screened-in porch with vaulted roof that tied into existing roofline - Built a new deck - Replaced all the windows in the house - Replaced sliding glass doors - Installed wood floors in 3 bedrooms and a hallway - Installed laminate floor in FROG - Installed new tile floors in bathrooms - Installed new toilets in bathrooms - Installed new porcelain tile floor in kitchen and laundry room - Built new powder room and a closet in FROG - Repaired multiple places where interior vaulted ceiling drywall seams were cracking - Installed two ceiling fans on 15’ high ceilings - Installed entry door on side of garage. All of the work was of excellent quality. James and Sean are easy to work with, friendly, and reasonable. They care tremendously about the quality of their work and getting things done right. We trusted them enough to give them keys to the house and the OK to come and go as they pleased. They were more than patient when we changed our minds on a couple of things mid-stream. They were able to find creative solutions to a couple of challenges that came up during the project. As with any project of this size, there were a couple of minor glitches and punch list items that they took care of with no questions asked. I’m very happy with the entire experience, the quality of work, and the value received for the money spent. We will be using Everlast for more work in the near future. Great company, great guys.

Comments: In general, Everlast provided good customer service and quality of work., however, I was disappointed in some aspects of the project,. For example, the stamped concrete walkway they installed was not straight in an area where it should have been straight.. When pointed out, I was told that the frame seemed to have shifted during pouring. The attitude to my pointing this out was pretty much like" oh, well" and no offer was made to correct the flaw.

Comments: James and Sean were great to work with. They were very personable and did a great job building our deck, and completing it within a few days. Having built decks myself, I was very impressed with the fact that they used deck screws instead of the cheaper nails everywhere and the fact that they took the time to slightly bevel the ends of every decking board to eliminate the chance of splintering. I had not seen this before. I especially appreciated the fact that after we discussed what needed to be done, I was able to trust them to complete everything just as we described it without my having to remain on the premises. When questions came up, they contacted me to get clarification before proceeding. I would recommend them highly to anyone considering the type of work they do and are already planning the next project that we will hire them for.
